Hello all, what is this? Is it a Ripamonti Bb contrabass?

From the keywork and the dimensions, it appears to be a Bb ("BBb") contra-bass clarinet of the "simple" system design. Don't know how that would translate out with Ripamonti, but it's definitely a Bb contra-bass clarinet.

The image is from the FMP records website in the gallery link.

There is also an image of a trio of contrabass clarinets, one of which is the one in question, the other two are Leblanc paperclips.

The horn looks similar to the one on the L. A. Ripamonti homepage. Not too sure if it says simple or Boehm system.

This straight body horn is similar to the Selmer contrabass in many ways. Wooden body, and allows the player to play it sitting down on a normal chair.

I wonder if each make has its own unique sound?
