I play one an old pedler bass clarinet sometimes (yes...a pedler, you can play a pedler in tune if you play it right and have someone adjust it who knows what they're doing). Anyway, I like used instruments better because they're so much cheaper. I also play on a Kohlert alto clarine that's older than dirt. You do have to watch tuning though, especially when selecting a mouthpiece.
