Man, his reeds are being auctioned, too?! Wow, aged cane!!! And only one box is described as unopened, meaning he may have already played on reeds from the other two, especially the one with the mixed strengths; think those were the ones he was actually playing at the time, maybe? Imagine, you could actually be playing reeds that have been soaked with Benny's saliva, which could make you a much better player! However, before I'd bid on those reeds, I'd want to verify the provenance with DNA testing...
