Help Help
I have 3 xeroxed pages of a Klose Etude, #1.
The first page is titled 19 Selected Etudes and the pages from the 'parent' book it was/is in are # 72, 73, 74.
This particular Etude (No. 1) is titled Etude for crossing the throat register.
My stack / pile of Clarinet music / books is almost 2' high BUT......none contain these 19 Selected Etudes.
I'm looking to buy the 'parent' study book. Gary VanCott was at a loss and suggested the BB.
Thanking you in advance.
regards
dennis

Dennis,
If your stack of music is almost two feet high, why do you need to buy more?

denden,
I guess you have a point, although I think some of us DO have too many clarinets
Well good luck finding this mystery study book, now I am curious about it myself!

I have 12 legal-long size cabinet drawers full of music.
Them being deductable helps
So do you have the Klose book? (the big one often called the Bible of Clarinet)

David
thanks for responding.
I have the 20 etude bk, 30 etude bk and the Staats revision.
I have several copies of the Klose Celebrated method ( 293 pgs).
My ' Bible ' copy is my first copy and is in pieces .
It's 'my' Bible because it has Leon's lesson notes scribbled throughout.
The 19 Etudes I'm referring to, seemingly are part of a larger volume that is not entitled Klose. I mention this because the title of 19 Selected Etudes, Klose are like a seperate entity and begin on pg 72 of the parent bk.
regards
