Does this piece have a band accompaniment? I've searched and have not been able to find anything. Thanks.

There is a concert band arrangement by Jack Snavely.
Finding a copy may be difficult because (I'm fairly sure) it is out of print. However, since it is performed fairly regularly, there are probably many university bands or large high schools who might still have a copy in their library ...GBK

The Snavely adaptation has been the accepted standard since the 80s. High schools, colleges and military bands (some well-established community bands) are reliable sources for finding and borrowing a score and parts.
Of course, there's an irrepressible alliance of band geeks out there (like me) who tote around their own published copies (Rossini, Hunsberger Mozart, etc) and have them marked exactly as we want them. v/r Ken
