Ralph --

My best guess: Years ago there was a musical instrument importer in New York called Bruno (or C Bruno?). Many of these importers, such as Carl Fischer, sold low priced import horns under their own name. I'll be that your Bruno clarinet is one of these "stencils".

I have never come across a "Perfection" clarinet, although the quality of any clarinet with a name like that is suspect.
