Marius,
Mouthpiece selection is an individual, personal thing. That's why there are so many brands and styles available.
I've read lots of good things about the M30, so I bought one. For me it was OK, but not quite as good as the M15 I had been using, so I relegated it to my bag o' mouthpieces. I now consider it a "backup".
Many people absolutely love them, but the only way to know what it will do for you, is to try one (or more).

I use it and love it. It's the best mouthpiece I have ever played. There are of course some good and some bad mouthpieces. Try several out. They are good.
