can anyone tell me about my e flat soprano clarinet by Wm Nuernberger, "American artist" model. (Germany) I am wondering relative quality and value. thankyou

You goive no details about the keysystem, but the name Nürnberger is a known family in the building of clarinets in german system, active in the Vogtland area in formally East Germany, in this case Markneukirchen.
I don't know the initial "WM", but a fact is that at this moment the firm Winfried Nürnberger is active (address: 08258 Markneukirchen, Mosenstrasse 5), telephone 037422/2100 (also bassclarinets). May be can Mr. Nürnberger give you some information about the instrument.
