That's what I'd do if I wanted only that one piece. I just checked two hymnals. Many hymns have a copyright notation at the bottom - The Star Spangled Banner does not. I just did a quick MSN Search, typed in 'The Star Spangled Banner', scrolled down to number 15., "Celebrate! Holidays in The USA - Flag Day". You'll find words and [piano] sheet music there.
