play those high notes soft, really soft. In fact,play everything soft - for as many can increase dynamics very gradually, most fail to play softly. So, the softer the more control. Jumps up from low registers to higher ones with soft dynamics help, I think.

My two cents:
in addition to what has been suggested,
- don't use too weak a reed
- don't press the reed too hard
- keep the air support steady
- keep yopur throat open, don't "squeeze" the notes
- always keep in mind your intention of producing a good tone, and what that sound should be like
- climb up one note, or only a few notes, at a time
