Just thought I would let the BB community know that I have just recieved a parcel (in Australia) I ordered from Gerry's company (in Las Vagas) in under a week! His service is great, prompt and the line of products he has is well worth a look. His delivery time is equal to Greg Smith's and is far better then any other company I have dealt with in the USA, especially WWBW in New York who sent me damaged goods that arrived after three weeks! But anyway, I'm not here to complain, I'm here to congratualte Van Cott and encourage you all to go and view his sight.

I agree.
I received cds and books in a timely fashion. Mr. VanCott recommended a substitute for a backordered book which worked out well. I spoke with him by phone, and he is knowledgeable and was pleasant .

I recently placed my first on-line Van Cott order and was very impressed with the ease of navigating the web site and ordering products, the prompt, professional, friendly e-mail response I received, and the quick shipping and receipt of all of the materials. A hard-copy list of all available inventory very quickly appeared in my mailbox, as well.
Van Cott will be my first stop from now on.
