Help! The Opera Clarinetist parts!

Yeesh, it's been ages since last posted here. Regardless, I recently moved, yet it seems that my copy of The Opera Clarinetist didn't join me. I still have the Verdi Andante (from The Force of Destiny) transposed for alto sax, but I need the accompaniment pronto for a possible performance next week. Could anyone with the book [edited ... "please contact me to FedEx or otherwise expedite getting a copy the book to me?" - PS - you might want to contact Bennie Armato directly to get a book or contact Gary Van Cott.
