md to computer

Several months back someone posted on the procedures required to transfer recordings from a minidisc player to the computer using a cable. As I recall it required connecting it from the earphone jack on the md to the microphone jack on the computer. After that....I'm lost on how to record it on the computer. Can anyone help?

Search on "minidisc recording" rather than start a new thread ...

The specifics will also be written up in your user guide for your sound card and MD recorder.
