The book "The Cambridge Companion to the Clarinet" shows a few fingerings for clarinet multiphonics. I have never seen anywhere on the web that gives them.

There is a book called "Polychromatic Diversions" by Caravan. It's an intro to mutiphonics for the clarinet. It explains how to perform various multiphonics and then gives you pieces to try them out. I played through the book in college and loved it. Multiphonics can be soo much fun. Best of luck to you

(Not too!)"New sounds for Woodwinds" by B. Bartolozzi. General explanation of modern techniques is useful. No general principle in acoustic of mph., but some useful examples. They say about this book, that some fingerings do not work. I would be glad to receive any advice about modern woodwind sound. Good luck.
