You should ask your private teacher, or, if you dont have one, you should get one. There are books and such that will teach you (try a music store or somewhere that sells sheet music), but it is definitly better to learn from someone in person. Sorry I can't help you anymore, maybe someone else here can, but I suggest you get a private teacher because if you want to make your own reeds then it sounds like you are somewhat serious about playing.
