Is it possible to play a trill or a tremolo between notated d1 and c2 in the leap between chalumeau and clarino register?

It is never possible to play a trill or tremolo when the two notes are in different registers as these are. But you can play a C2 in the Chalumeau register by playing a Bb and adding the side keys with your right index finger until it sounds like a C. It might be possible to do the tremolo using this fingering.
