 double tounguing

I am looking for books that explain and have exercises for learning to double toungue on alto sax. Know of any good ones? Please help!

doubel tounging on the alto is hard. but i have been able to no the alto and bassoon to. all you need to do it start 16th note and slowly go faster sooner or later you finld your self double tounging

i know that the clarinet board has a whole feature on double and triple tonguing. www.sneezy.org/clarinet/BBoard/index.html
poke around that site and see what you can find, i think its under a heading labled techniques or something like that.
