I'm playing in a concert in three days and have a problem with two sections of a piece of music (for tenor recorder). Firstly what is an easy way to do a g# to g trill. Secondly is another trill, Eflat to F, because I find it very difficult to slide the finger over. If anyone knows what I'm talking about please help. Many Thanks.

I presume you are talking about in the lower octave.
To do a G to G# trill, cover all holes except the third finger of your left hand. This should play a G. Then trill the first finger of your right hand.
For an Eb to F trill, play an Eb as normal, then trill the second finger of your right hand.
