If anybody follows the link, they will get to a description of a guy who has invented a gizmo which improves the sound of your instrument by subjecting it to continuous vibrations which get it into the habit of vibrating. He claims it works for clarinets and trumpets as well as guitars and harps.

Warning: standard scientific theories say that it is the air in the clarinet or trumpet that make the sound, not the wood or metal, so such a device can not work. I can't comment in the case of instruments with a resonant wooden box, such as a guitar or harp.
