 saxophone multiphonics

Hi everyone, I was wondering maybe you guys know where can I find fingerings for saxophone multiphonics (producing 2 notes at the same time).
And another thing, does anyone know any good 5 horn jazz alboms/bands (with arrangments for 5 saxophones for example)?

There is a good book out from what I hear on multiphonics by John Gross.
