What's the best way to trill from Bb2 in the Chalumeau register to a D2 in the Clarion register?

This is not a trill but a tremolo. The way to do this is to keep the right hand in position for the note D (i.e. keep the fingers on the holes and keys) and simply move the left hand. There isn't anyway to get to the D with trill keys. Keeping the right hand down can actually improve the quality of the throat Bb by the way.
