We have a 1984 Fox Renard 222 on loan from the school that was stolen and recovered by the police. It has visible water damage, the tenons are extremely tight and some notes sound "warbled" for lack of a better term. The case needs to be replaced and the bocal is bent.
Are there any resources for valuing a 25 year old Renard 222 in what I would call "poor" condition?

If it were me, I'd head to my local instrument repair people. It can be difficult to assign a value to something without actually seeing it.
A repair person can be a great resource in terms of telling you how much something is worth as well as telling you how much it will take to get back into playing condition.
