 YCL-250 clarinet

I would like to hear from anyone who owns or has played the new YCL-250 Yamaha clarinet. I found nothing in the archives describing its playing characteristics. I appreciate hearing about your honest impressions and opinions concerning the sound, ease of playing, the feel of the keywork, etc.
Thank you.

Hi Dan,

My newish Yamaha says 250 on it. It's the plastic fake wood look model. I like everything about it (I've only been playing for a year), and my playing has improved since I bought the Yamaha in October. I think my sloppy pawn-shop horn was holding me back. I wish I could give you an expert opinion, but I've only recently graduated from "awful" to "barely competent". If I'm allowed any opinion at my level, It's a little louder and more brash than my wooden French sloppy horn, but it sure blows easier! (I'm using the same mouthpiece/reeds on both) Re: the keywork.... I'm playing phrases that I couldn't before.
