I have no experience of either, so don't take this as a recommendation.

I've used Myatt's a number of times and have found them good & helpful & will do minor repairs on the spot. And their store is worth a visit. But it's worth ringing before you travel in case the clarinet specialist or technician isn't in that particular day.
If you can make it in to central London, Howarth's in Chiltern St (nr Baker St stn so good for Met line fr Watford) are also helpful (have just left my Eb in for a service there - first time I've used them, so can't yet tell you how good they are, but they have a good reputation).
Both are happy to post (insured) your instrument back again if that's easier than calling to collect. I've used that facility from Myatt's in the past, with no damage.
