 metal clarinet

I recently bought a metal clarinet. The only words i see are on the bell. It says, obert martel paris superieure. Does anyone know anything about this type of clarinet?

it is in pretty good condition. the bell has a small dent in it and i am going to get it repadded and corked.. there is a slight sticking in on of the keys but it may be because of the pad.
