This is nothing special. It is just a six keyed clarinet which is rather common. As for it being an actual Selmer, I kind of have doubts about that. (My doubts mainly have to do with the age of the instument and the age of the Henri Selmer clarinet). Since we cannot actually see the signature perhaps we will never know. As a matter of fact, quoting my mentor, this is actually a poor specimen of a clarinet of it's kind.

henry Selmer began his production about 1895, when the modern Boehm system had more than 50 years of use and was widely used. I don't believe this is a Selmer clarinet. I guess Selmer made boehm clarinets from the begining (maybe I'm wrong).

That is a classical clarinet (an early one at that). According to my research (Musical Instruments of North American and Europe). Woudl have been the instrument Mozart saw being played in Linz (?) when he made the famous 'you should hear those clarinets' comment.
It's an interesting museum piece - if nothing else.
