Michelle, I know of no duets written specifically for those two instruments. You might look at http://www.woodwind.org/clarinet/BBoard/read.html?f=1&i=74938&t=74938 for ideas. That is an older similar thread in the BB archive.
If you wish a Bb Clarinet and Cello duet, I suggest tuning the Cello down a full step, so that it becomes a B-flat pitched Cello. Thus the Clarinet and Cello will be pitched in the same key. Then ignore that fact, and play from any music available for a pair of C instruments (with the clefs you like), such as Violin and Cello duets, using your Bb Clarinet and the Bb Cello. This eliminates the need for either of you to transpose. If your cellist is fluent in treble clef, this really opens the floodgates. You could then use duets for a pair of tenor or alto saxophones, Clarinets, flutes, or violins, so long as the two have the same pitch. There's plenty of such music around. Take a look to ensure that the written music is comfortably within each instrument's range. The Cello might have to move an octave, but that should be easier than transposing a whole step.
Good luck, and please do report on how things go.
John

The 3 Beethoven Bassoon/Clarinet Duos (Op. 147, WoO 27) should work just fine for cello and clarinet...GBK

Since clarinet and eupho are both Bb instruments check our duets for brass instruments due to the limitations in the range of the eupho (although they do go quite low making brass play above the staff for any length of time is cruel).

Clarinet duets are the way to go. Euph players are usually sharks, so they'll be able to play any 2nd / Harmony / lower part, and, given half the chance will steal the top line too.
Given their weird upbringing, they can usually read bass and proper clef.
