Well, I guess there are many posible answers to this general question. On the board you can find numerous interesting recommendations just by using the "search" function. Personally I restarted (after 20 years, I quit playing at age 12) on a wooden leblanc model spirit (not sold anymore). I am quite happy about it but have to admit that I already knew how to play before buying it. I guess a "plastic" vito, selmer, or yamaha would do just fine if you are a starter. It is always better to buy a new instrument. But, as I said, I am not an expert so perhaps you'd better wait for and read further replies. Good luck!
