Selmer Signet Special vs. Soloist

First, I've done a search on this topic, but didn't find exact what i was looking for. What are the technical differences between the Signet Special and Soloist? I know that the Soloist is a better model than the Special, but what makes it a better model?
Second, what are the differences between an older clarinet like the Soloist and the E-11 clarinets? What would make on or the other a better clarinet? because i hear both have good tone to them. Once again, thank you for your help.

Go to www.selmer.com and go to their discussion board. Ed Riley is the moderator, and he or someone posting there might be able to give you the information you seek.

Be aware, however, that their discussion board is not as frequently used as this one . . .
