 barrel question
Author: John Gibson

First let me assure you this is not an ad.

I do have listed on sneezy a B & H barrel. A fellow e-mailed me asking what model it might be from. Under the "world" logo is
8-10. I assume it's not from a 10-10 model, or a 2-20. It is grenadilla and fits very well with my R-13. Anyone have any idea what model B & H clarinet it might be from, so I can tell this fellow? Thanks....

John

Unless I just do not understand, I presume that the barrel is from a model 8-10. I still have my old B&H 8-10, which I played until I got my Buffet. The 8-10, I believe, is an intermediate-grade instrument. Mine is grenadilla wood, not rubber or plastic.
