 i cant find how old my instruments are!! help!

i have a very old but disused buffet-it's actually an Evette by Buffet. anyway, i'm curious to know it's age and history...the serial nmber is 372...i cant find it anywhere online. also, my selmer is unfindable online. it's a Selmer (USA) CL200, and it's serial is 3871. i cant find it anywhere...please help??
