 How a clarinet is made

I'm certainly not advocating a brand here, but I found this an extremely interesting place to find out how clarinets are made - at least from a Yamaha's viewpoint.

http://www.yamaha.co.jp/english/product/winds/fact/how/index.htm

Also, this site has some very good advice on caring for grenadilla instruments.

enjoy

Hey Diz,

I always feel sad when I see a thread without any posting to follow. So here is mine to thank you for the info!!

no worries, mate

I'm sure some sneezys have just clicked on the URL and looked - didn't really require any comments.

I've put up some hi rating threads in my time - so some non-hits is a little more balancing!

cheers
