Is it worth the $400+ to overhaul a Selmer Depose K1713 if the wood is still good but needs replating the finger keys and the pinch Bb is very flat? I've played it for years but it is getting in need of some serious fixin'. I have to get this request through the financial officer of the house!
Any advise will be sincerely appreciated.

The keys on this clarinet are not plated, unless someone has had them plated in the past. The keys should be German silver and will buff to a shine. You should be able to get an overhaul for less than $400 unless you DO want the keys PLATED.
