There is an interesting old (modified) selmer on ebay 1516297438. Someone went to a lot of trouble making modifications?

It's interesting that, recently(?), more of these seem to be showing up on eBay. For some reason the RH pinky keys look a little 'flat'. That may just be the style for that year/model. Otherwise, as to the key layout, it came from the factory that way. It's a full Boehm. Looks like it's been knocked about a bit in its lifetime.

Serial number 2835 would be around 1935, according to the chart at http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet/Equipment/HowOld/Selmer.html. It's a straightforward full Boehm instrument with, as ron b notes, some modification to flatten the right little finger keys and extend the upper ones, presumably for a player with short little fingers.
It's not easy to tell from the photos, but the keys appear dull and a little pitted, and the condition of the wood is anybody's guess. I wouldn't go over $200.
Best regards.
