Filipe -
Vandoren says the White Master reeds are designed for Austrian mouthpieces. They are too narrow to fit on French style mouthpieces and are cut in the Austrian style, which, I think, is very stiff, with a thick rib down the center.
Vandoren says the Black Master reeds are designed for German mouthpieces. I find the're close to French style reeds, except slightly narrower and with a little more strength down the center. They work well on a French mouthpiece, but, like all Vandorens, they're inconsistent. Still, I've found them to be closer to where I want my reeds to end up than the Vandoren "traditional" French reeds, so I use them a lot.
Best regards.

Sorry Ken, it is the other way round.
Black masters are for Austrian mouthpieces.
Yes I know .. there is written 'German Model' on the box.
I think the people of vandoren are a bit confused by all
this 'Austrian' and 'German' ..
Narrow white masters are made for German mouthpieces.
Please go to <www.vandoren.com> and look for the
mouthpieces: They recommend for the Austrian models the
black masters, they recommend for the German models
the white masters.
regards
