It's UGLY. That paint job looks like it belongs on an old car, not a clarinet. I'd be very wary of any "creative" key system, especially when I don't know a "non-creative" Oehler in the first place.

Werner -
My German is rudimentary, but I think it means "decorated" or perhaps "showy" rather than "for decoration only. The eBay listing says to go to Martin Foag's website at http://www.holzblas-foag.de/ , which I did. Foag is a clarinet maker. Click on "Showinstrumente" on his page, and you'll see a number of instruments in unusual colors, including a better shot of the instrument on eBay. It looks like a standard German system instrument with various extra keys -- the # 6 model on Foag's site.
I have no idea whether Foag makes good instruments. Do you know his reputation in Germany?

Amazing. I was a bit too fast again.
I looked for 'Foag Klarinette' on Google and didn't find
his site. So I asumed that his only creation are these
decoration or 'show off' - pieces.
No, I don't know this maker, never heard of him
and can't tell you anything about the quality of his clarinets.
I don't like this paint-job. I assume that you won't find more
than 5 or 10 foag clarinets on this planet. But who knows.
We have a lot almost unknown clarinet makers here.
Some of them are really good in their job.
kind regards, werner

New and creative design by Foag, a rare piece that glitters in light. Saxonette claims that under all the glittery decoration, it's a grenadilla wood clarinet pattered after [the] Oehler [system]. Silver plated keys with orange-red flames, very colorful appearing. You also get a case and a mouthpiece

It looks like winter camoflage for one of the local Wehrmacht bands.

Looks like someone thought they were an artist in more ways than one.......
It's a bad camouflage paint job.
