Rubank publishes two volumes of duets for clarinet and flute. Volume I is easy to medium and Volume II is medium to advanced. You should be able to find them at most band instrument/music stores. If they don't have them, they can order them for you. Otherwise try one of the many internet sheetmusic dealers.

I just performed the Duo No. 4 by Quanz out of the second book. Great fun, even if the flautist could play circles around me. We had to shorten it up a bit because there is no place to breathe, and we both would have been on the floor by the end of it!

I'm not sure where you can get it from, but there is a wonderful duet by Robert Russell Bennet, his Suite for Flute and Clarinet. This piece is a lot of fun. Recently, my sister (who teaches flute) and I had all of our flute and clarinet students play in a recital. We ended with a duet from this suite, the "Low-Down Hoe-Down". It was short, fun, and the students loved it.
Anyway, if there is a major Music Conservatory near you, and you have access to their library, you'll probably be able to find some great duets there. If all else fails, get the Rubank books mentioned above. My sister and I have performed duets from those books on over a dozen occasions.
