What reed strength (Vandoren reeds) would you recommend is the best to use with the Vandoren B45 mouthpiece?

Vandoren recommends a 2½ to 3½ regular Vandoren or equivalent for this mouthpiece. I personally use a Vandoren 3½ strength reed or a Mitchell Lurie 4 (which is equivalent to the Vandoren 3½).

I have used a B45 for years with a Bonade inverted ligature. I use Moree 2.5 (no longer available). I also alternate to Vandoren Blackmaster 3.5. I don't like Vandoren V12's with this set up.
