 Kovacs Hommages recording

Does anyone know where I can get hold of the new recording by Kovacs of his "Hommages" studies? I know that it exists but I can`t seem to find it anywhere! I know that the recent editions of the work had an insert with ordering details, but I haven`t been able to find one. I need this recording fairly urgently to use as part of a seminar which counts toward my degree, so any help in finding it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your help!
