HS** sounds like a Selmer model. The big brands used to have crystal mouthpieces in their selection those days when crystals where in fashion. I have understood, that they didn't make them themselves, but ordered them from Italy. At least blanks. I have played with Vandoren models. The problem with crystal mouthpieces has always been that the tone chamber is almost impossible to get to exact measurements because they change shape after they have been made and the blank cools down. Therefore they are often quite badly out of tune. At best they produce a beautiful sound but they tend to be exhausting to play. If someone owns a good crystal mouthpiece he loves dearly, it is priceless for him, but in general they don't have any real market value.

I'm guessing (as the link doesn't work) it's an O'Brien crystal which is made of glass (and not actual crystal like Pomarico use) which were made for Selmer and have the name and facing engraved on the table freehand.
Here's some info on them: https://www.woodwindforum.com/clarinetperfection/obrien/
