I'm not satisfied with my case. I'd like room for an extra barrel, my reed case, and odds and ends. What cases that are on the market can you suggest? I'm not trying to impress anyone with my case, but I'd like a good one, with good hardware and latches.

I have a Protec Carry-All case. Plenty of room for all of that, including sheet music. I did a review of it on Amazon with pictures. Very utilitarian. Only $119.

Now, since I don't know if you have a pochette style case, you may want an attache style case. You can get an exact replica (same manufacturer), but non-Buffet labeled case from Weiner Music for $190 as I type this. I had no problem keeping a second barrel in that case.

Yamaha's single cases for the 600 series upwards are nice and compact and have room for two barrels in the case as well as a case cover.

I've bought 3 of these cases with nylon covers.
I won't go into the item details but they are clones of a yamaha case and cover.
many are listed on ebay.......this is one...eBay item number:156587266384
with case they can be had for about $60
there is no customs duty and delivery is about 3 weeks or less

Bam Trekking and other models are good.
Protec is good too, just notice that they vary a lot in specs, what can fit in it, firmness of the foam, shape of the compartments, etc. depending on model.
Also I bought one and it ended up a little different from the photo because (I'm guessing) the ad was using an older model of the case... just something to consider.
