House brand for an old music store in New York, is my guess. Question is, what sort of blank was it, and who did the work on it? See the bottom of page 10 here:

wow-thanks for finding this . well what ever blank this is and who ever did the facing work-its execellent! its a keeper for sure. there is a terriffic woodwind steel ebonite k9 in the lot also. plays like a dream. also a buffet C on side mpc that actually plays!
