Hi
I haven't ordered anything from them since Omar died, but the many times I ordered from him everything was good, reasonable shipping.
Someone on a repair group asked because about it because there have problems with international orders and no wholesale prices anymore, apparently. So I added something to my cart, clicked to estimate shipping, I was able to choose my country... only to get a message that they don't ship to my area.
Does anyone know anything? Maybe it's possible to buy the products elsewhere? somewhere that does ship internationally? In particular the oils (Grenadoil and the regular bore oil).
Thanks

I looked at them recently and bumped into the same problem (Canada here).
I ended up ordering Valentino bore oil from JL Smith, who ship internationally and have tons of interesting products for woodwind maintenance and repair, in particular fix kits that are worth considering.
Here is their lubricant section:

My stuff arrived in two days hassle-free.

I've been buying repair parts and supplies from Ferree's Tools and Votaw for decades, but not from JL Smith - so I went to the Smith website, and think I know why I've ignored them for so long: their prices are very high!

Try this website:

They stock his oil related products.
I communicated with them on 3/26/21.

I ordered from all the places mentioned here many times, and from pretty much all other repair suppliers too.
The website claralot posted is exactly the one I referred to, that will suddenly not ship to me anymore (but always have, with excellent service, when Omar was there).
WW&BW used to have some of their products but not anymore it seems.
