The name of the tune is "Good Old Days' by Leroy Shield, composed 12/30/30

Quite a bit of Little Rascals music has been transcribed and rerecorded by the Beau Hunks Orchestra. (I think they're Dutch or Danish?) It's pretty colorful sounding stuff--kinda like Bug Musik.
