Very cool video. This is one of my desert island albums and it’s nice to see it “under the microscope” like this.
I find it interesting how close he can come to Stan Getz’s tenor sound EXCEPT in the lower register, where it very clearly sounds like a bass clarinet again.
I hope he continues to make these kinds of videos!

As I told my clarinet teacher a few days ago, I am a middle-aged Lowenstern fangirl for sure. I learn a ton watching his videos, even at my novice stage.
