I am trying to compile a list of chamber compositions featuring clarinet composed since 1950. I'm looking for opinions on what the most important pieces are in that category. Thanks!

At the top of my list: the Clarinet sonata by M Weinberg (sometimes spelled Vainberg).

There has got to be a clarinet-music bibliography out there somewhere. "Most important" can mean a lot of things (important for clarinetists? musicians? music historians?).
Some post-1950 chamber pieces by "important" composers of the top of my head: Stravinsky, concertino for 12 instruments; Carter, 8 etudes and a fantasy; Carter, quintet for winds and piano; Reich, Music for 18 Musicians; Boulez, Derive; Wourinen, NY Notes; Golijov, Dreams and Prayers of Issac the Blind. Really, there are tons of Pierrot pieces (or Pierrot plus percussion) and wind quintets written after 1950.
