 Buffet Internationals?

I've got an opportunity to buy a Buffet International at a very good price and at least in the Photo the Clarinet looks to be in very good condition.
There is very little info on these on the Internet other than they are in fact E11's and were made for small music Shop Owners to sell to their Customers
Any info on these rare Clarinets would be appreciated!
