Composition date of Wanhal Bb major Sonata

One edition of Johann Wanhal's Bb major sonata lists 1806 as its composition date. However, there are two different death years for this composer: 1803 and 1813. The New Harvard Biographical Dictonary of Music gives the first death date, two editions of this work give the second.

Which death date is correct? And if the 1806 composition date is not correct, what is the correct year this work was written?
