I can glissando in all the other notes, but I can't glissando start in from the pinky keys. Does anyone know any techniques that can help me? Thanks

They are located at the very far end of the clarinet, so won't be anywhere near as flexible as other notes further up the length of the instrument.

It's iffy and takes lots of practice, but you might try straightening your finger so that the end of the key touches the first knuckle joint instead of the tip of the finger, then "rolling" your finger away from your wrist toward the center of the instrument. (The tip of the finger will end up touching the pivot joint.) This works with the RH F/C and G#/Eb keys.
The placement for the RH F#/C# and E/B keys would be similar except that the roll would be toward your wrist instead of away from it, the upper keys making it impossible to roll toward the center of the horn.
Reverse the action for going in the other direction.
This pretty much only works well for the RH keys, but for the LH keys, touching the end of the key away from the tip of the finger helps a bit, too.
Does this make any sense? I'm not sure.
