After we get the alto clarinet jokes out of the way...
A friend and I both play alto and bass clarinet, and we're looking to put together an hour or so of duets for a recital.
I can find plenty of bass clarinet duets online, but practically nothing for alto/bass or alto duets.
I'd prefer to not do alto sax duets on the alto clarinets. Yes, that's possible, but it wouldn't take advantage of the alto clarinet chalmeau range, which I'm quite fond of.
Any suggestions or sources would be most welcome.
Thanks.

Surely any same pitch clarinet duets will be suitable if you're both playing alto clarinets.
I know they have the same range as saxes so won't explore the lower register notes (and will most likely be around the throat/break notes), but oboe and cor anglais duets can be played on Bb and alto clarinet.
